2099 Group Ltd. is a company registered in England and Wales, registered office at 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. We develop and publish mobile applications under the G2099 brand.
This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use any of our apps. We are the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.
Some of our apps are supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device advertising ID and approximate location to show relevant ads.
Google's use of advertising data is governed by their privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
To opt out of interest-based advertising: on Android, go to Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID.
Our apps may use the following third-party services. Each is subject to its own privacy policy.

These services may transfer data outside the UK. Where this occurs, Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
We do not store personal data on our own servers. Any data processed by Google (AdMob, Play Services) is retained according to Google's own data retention policies. Uninstalling an app removes all locally stored preferences from your device.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Because we hold minimal data ourselves, most rights are best exercised directly with Google via their privacy controls. For requests relating to data we hold, contact us at the address below.
You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through one of our apps, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy periodically. The effective date at the top of the page will reflect any changes. For significant changes we will provide notice within the relevant app.
